Blogger, entrepreneur and book whore, Notorious Spinks loves all things books. She started in December 2009 as a book blogger and her blog has now evolved into a cultural blog covering current events and newsworthy topics. As a result of her love for books, Spinks continues to review books on a regular basis and was inspired to create Books And... this spring. Books And... reaches out to authors of color to promote their literary works via virtual book tours.

In her real life, Spinks is a full-time student and an AmeriCorps member. As an AmeriCorps member she conducts home visits to expecting mothers of color to help decrease the infant mortality rate in Memphis. Washington, DC based Debbie Hines is an experienced trial lawyer in private practice with over 20 years experience litigating personal injury and criminal cases. In private practice, she has represented clients in federal and state courts throughout the country in cases involving personal injury, wrongful death and defective and toxic products. She has won multi-million dollar jury awards for her clients. Her cases have been featured in USA Today, the Wall Street Journal, National Law Journal, and Washington Times, and on television.

As a former prosecutor, Ms. Hines tried felony cases and conducted Grand Jury investigations, including murders, rapes, drug cases, sex crimes, gun violations and economic crimes. Upon graduation from law school, she was appointed as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Maryland. She regularly appeared on local television stations commenting on consumer legal issues on behalf of the Maryland Attorney General.

She is an experienced trial attorney and legal analyst appearing on television and radio on a range of legal, political and social justice issues related to race, criminal law, criminal justice, death penalty, gun rights, murder, and defective products causing injury and death cases. She blogs on law, race, women and politics. She lectures across the country to other lawyers on trial tactics and personal injury cases. Attorney Hines has a BA from the University of Pennsylvania (B.A.) and Juris Doctorate from George Washington University.

Christie Taylor is a nationally recognized creative business force in the worlds of music, media, ministry and entertainment. Christie was born in Washington D.C. and raised in Tennessee in the early 70s. Her love for radio started as a young girl and led her to the campus of Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma with dreams to be on Broadway.

She served as the afternoon drive personality in Memphis on 95.7 Hallelujah FM and 1600 Hallelujah AM in St. Louis simultaneously, Christie also did double duty as host of the monthly ND Radio Gospel Talk Show as well as the weekly public affairs show, The Pulse.

A talented singer and songwriter, Christie has worked with Gospel greats like Vanessa Bell Armstrong, Margaret Bell, Commissioned, Fred Hammond, Judith Christie McAllister, Donnie McClurkin as well as her Grammy Award and Dove Award-winning producer and brother, Mooki.

Christie's current career endeavor is co-writer for the movie N-Secure which is scheduled to open in theaters on this Friday, October 15th. N-secure is a no holds-barred thrilling drama mixed with murder, mayhem and manipulation among affluent professionals. This film sheds light on a man's downfall from the pinnacles of success into the depths of his damaged character. His insecurities lead him into a series of troubled romantic relationships and eventually a web of events that include betrayal and murder.

As passionate as Christie is about radio, music and film, she is just as passionate about people really getting it and living their dreams as well. As a result, the vibrant fast-talker launched Living LIFE Seminars where she motivates attendees to Live Life In Full Expression. This 2004 Gospel Bridge Awards Female Radio Personality is Living her Life In Full Expression and inspiring others to do the same.

In 2008, she was selected as 50 Women Who Make A Difference by the Memphis Woman Magazine.
